Starting the next exciting chapter here at Hello Shutters, we couldn’t be more grateful for the support from our loyal customers and friends. Every day we learn new things which we bring to the business, allowing us to keep improving what we do and to offer the very best there is in shutters and specialist blinds. We strive for excellence, which starts with a bedrock of comprehensive training for all staff and a range of products which means we can accommodate almost every requirement you may have. Our experts eye for detail makes us different, providing those added little touches which our customers (and their neighbours) so often notice after the installation.

The business was originally founded in 2017 by Charlie Scott, as part of a national franchise network. Learning the business and industry from the ground up, Charlie used his previous Marketing, Operational Management and Business Development background to refine the business processes whilst quickly learning the intricacies of surveying and fitting to the highest possible standards. The business quickly built a high quality reputation across Nottinghamshire and the team began to grow to meet demand. The business became the first multi-territory franchise in the network and soon covered Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. Awarded the network ‘Franchise of the Year’ award in 2022 and 2023.

In 2024 we re-branded to Hello Shutters, agreeing an amicable separation from the Franchise which allows us to keep working in partnership whilst giving us the autonomy to branch out into new products and add different manufacturers to our portfolio, so we can always offer a solution with the right product at the right budget.

We are a Family Business at heart with Chloe Scott (supportive wife) providing advice & encouragement and William Scott (son) running operations as Office Manager. All of our team are an extension of the family, believing in our vision and sharing our passion to provide the very highest standards in the industry. Final mention must go to Ronnie, our beautiful chocolate brown Cocker Spaniel. As our Office Dog, Ronnie helps keep spirits high and is always there to offer a paw of support when needed!
